Chef Kristin Mulé

About the Chef...

After receiving her architectural degree (and working in restaurants most of her life), Kristin moved from Milwaukee, WI to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1998 with ambitions of designing high-end residences. After a ski season and a few restaurants jobs, she landed an architectural position in Carbondale, CO. After working in the field for several years, she realized that architecture was just not her passion and found herself always intrigued with anything culinary. It was a little soul searching and persuasion from a co-worker that caused Kristin to stumble upon the growing personal chef industry.

After obtaining a degree from the Culinary Business Academy and becoming a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, Kristin started Convenient Cuisine Personal Chef Service where her focus is providing healthy dinner solutions to the busy persons of the valley. Her service is throughout most of the Roaring Fork Valley / I-70 corridor.
